One time I got signed out and then signed in with Facebook and had a blank (new) profile. I realized I set up my account with email/password, when I signed in that way I got my account back.

I've always signed in with Facebook. Now it gives me an error message and won't let me access my account. Guess I need to start over after 10 years.
