Me too! 25 years now. Take Curcum Tumeric, Glucosamine, Tart Cherry (10,000 MG), plus Pomegranate in capsule form. They all help! Remove preservatives, foods with pesticides and cut out Lechtins. Look up Leaky Gut or about Lechtins. It's a life changer!! HTH. Feel free to ask.

I don't know what was said. I agree with Sue. Some people on here are not very nice. You are a GREAT Buddy to have! You give out, share/post in Activity.
