If you just saw an ad then it probably won't show another right away so the Up for Grabs egg/letter is okay to click. If you're not sure you can try clicking other links like the poster's name or the names on the post before or after until you get an ad - then you should be safe to take the letter. Unfortunately I don't always remember so I still sometimes lose the Up for Grabs.
