I sent a gold letter but did not receive one back.

Maybe you could add "new" or "2026" to the new account name so we can tell the difference. I think I already unfriended the other account, though.

but how do we tell the 2 accounts apart? the name and avatar are identical, I send gold to both but can't figure out which one to send letters too, don't know if anyone else has the same issue ....

do you use both accounts, if not could you please differentiate the one that you do use? many of us were forced to create new accounts last year when there was a glitch that wouldn't allow us to get into the old ones, I was finally able to access my original profile after about 6 mths, but by then I was vested in building the new one and trying to regain my lost buddies...

There are some players with no problems at all!! I think I'll look into a better Ad Blocker. In between pages now too for me!

I did send a message to Support. Told them how bad it is and how people will eventually stop playing and stop buying any coins. Fingers crossed that I get am email back. ;)
